We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

You will receive an email with confirmation and tracking once your order has been shipped.

Shipments to the Canary Islands do not include possible customs duties, taxes, or associated charges, which must be borne by the customer at the destination.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before completing the purchase.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a size or an item, we make it easy.

You have 15 days from the receipt of the order to request an exchange, provided that the item is unworn, in its original condition, and with its tags.

Returns

Should you need to return your order, you can do so within 15 days of receipt.

Once we receive the item and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase, within approximately 15 business days.

Some considerations

For hygiene reasons and to ensure maximum care for clothing intended for babies and children, items must be unworn, in perfect condition, with their original tags, and in their original packaging.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. If these conditions are not met, we will not be able to accept the return or process a refund.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
